She has successfully navigated multiple high-stakes disputes, including two national trade disagreements – one of which involved Industrial Action for a major UK retailer. Her strategic approach ensured minimal disruption to customers and brand reputation through expert stakeholder engagement and senior leadership coaching.

With decades of experience in collective bargaining, pay negotiations, and facilities agreements, Claire is recognised for her ability to build trust and achieve balanced, sustainable outcomes between employers and unions.
